Just 2 Much

Due to some recent disagreements involving myself and Tumblr, I have made the decision to resolve this quarrels on the forum itself, seeing that most of your time is spent electronically rather than on paper. Here are the terms of my agreement:

(1) I expect a full apology for the actions that had taken place on May 25, 2009, not for speaking your opinion about my posts, but for criticizing me and my posts and threatening me for using my First Amendment rights when you vowed to block and inflow me for my choice to post certain items on my blog.

(2) I expect you to, after apologizing, respect my preference of posts. In case you did not know, you can block certain posts, or you can ask, not tell, me to delete a certain post for any of the following reasons, included but not limited to: religious offensiveness; sexist or racial slurs; and highly inappropriate or grossly inaccurate information. Please present these problems with proof of necessary deletion of the post in question.

(3) Please keep in mind that (a) I have the choice to post certain items and, (b) you have the choice whether or not to follow me. When you choose to follow me you choose be subject to any items I post. This is stated in the Terms of Service of Tumblr.

(4) Keep in mind that I have NEVER asked or told any of those involved in this agreement to change or delete any content on your blog. I expect the same courtesy that I have presented to you to be returned in the same manner.

Those started terms will be in effect once each party has agreed to those terms. In all fairness, I have also decided to honor some vows of my own:

(1) I will try to be aware that I post appropriate content, however this will not mean that I will not post what I want. I will keep my blog as clean as I feel fit to do so. In addition, I will try to limit the amount of reblogs I post.

(2) I will respect your opinion on certain content, and will do my best to honor it in my full capability, however I may or may not consider changing the items placed on my blog, depending on how I personally feel about the content.

(3) I will not threaten or pressure you to change or delete any content on your personal forum. If I have any concerns with items posted, I will notify and kindly ask you to consider changing or deleting the item with acknowledgeable reasons for this consideration, including but not limited to: religious offensiveness; sexist or racial slurs; and highly inappropriate or grossly inaccurate information.

Under these terms and conditions I will accept full apology. Once this has been obtained those involved will again be followed by me and unblocked by me as well.
